These terms cover use of findaproduct.co.uk. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The site is operated by Venkata Siva Ramakrishna Naidu, a UK-based sole trader. We do not publish a street address. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions go to venkata.naidu2427@gmail.com or the contact page.
What the site is
FindAProduct compares prices sent by retailers through affiliate feeds and, separately, may show a publisher’s own product with a link to that publisher’s website. We do not hold the retailer’s stock and we do not take payment for those retailer orders. The contract of sale is between you and the shop you open.
Prices
Prices, availability, and delivery rules come from feeds. They can be wrong, out of date, or missing postage and duty. A was-price is shown only when it looks like a genuine higher price, and even then the shop may not honour it. Check the offer on the retailer’s site before you pay. Nothing on this site is a promise that a price will still be there.
Affiliate links
Visit retailer links are affiliate tracking links. They go through /go/{offerId} and then to the retailer’s network. If you buy, we may earn a commission. That does not change the price you pay. The relationship is described on the affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into accounts, no scraping that degrades the service, and no uploading of unlawful content. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Publisher listings
If you list a product you confirm you have the right to do so. Listings must not be counterfeit, must not be sexual merchandise, and must not be test or sample rows. We can refuse, edit, or remove a listing, and we will act on a credible takedown notice sent to venkata.naidu2427@gmail.com.
Reviews
A review you submit can be shown on the product page. You keep your rights in the words and grant us a licence to display them on the site. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, or unrelated.
Liability and IP
The site is provided as available. We are not liable for a retailer’s product, a price that changed, or a decision you make from a guide. We do not exclude liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to exclude. Our guides and the site design are ours. Retailer names, photos, and product text remain the property of their owners and are shown so you can compare an offer.
