Self-locking carabiner with semi-rigid sling: an aid for reaching the farthest expansion pitons! Consisting of : - a tubular strap containing a flexible rod through which it is possible to reach the desired curvature - a modified Ergo Wire carabiner, equipped with an ingenious system that keeps the finger open until it is not in contact with the expansion piton; the mechanism then releases the finger and the carabiner closes automatically.
The mechanism prevents the accidental opening of the finger when under load.
